Just as in no limit Texas holdem, you are dealt two hole cards and will be betting your money on how these two cards will make your hand when all the cards are on the table.  When playing limit Texas holdem, there will be two blinds, a big blind and a small blind.  The small blind is generally half the amount of the big blind and in order to play the hand, the small blind can either pay the remainder or fold the hand.  You can raise pre flop the same amount as the big blind, no more or no less and the raises can only be done four times, so in essence your first betting round will only be four times the big blind at the most.  Once the betting has completed, you will get to see the flop.  The flop is the first three cards that the dealer will put on the table.  You will use these three cards plus the two in your hand to make a five card poker hand.  The betting will be determined by how well everyone matches their hole cards to the board.  The next card is called the turn, or fourth street, another round of betting follows, and finally the river or fifth street is dealt to the board and the final round of betting.  The winner is determined by the best poker hand after the river.
